We aim to address and dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Orders made online to a delivery address within Australia will be dispatched via AusPost which normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days from date of dispatch.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order. Once dispatched and tracking details provided, Hundy accepts no responsibly for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent.

There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by Hundy. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office. Hundy will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delayed or lost shipment.

Hundy does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.

Whilst we take pride in our high quality apparel, sometimes things can go awry during manufacturing. Should this be the case, Hundy are happy to offer a full refund on the item.
Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 5 business days of Hundy receiving the return parcel. Notification will be automatically sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
