Well... Castro has done it. People have been calling for Bar Muscle Ups for years and they are finally here.
If you spent your year maxing out your snatch and working on the rings your probably not very happy about this combo of light snatches and Bar muscle ups.
Either way this one will go fast so to get the most out of yourself Hundy Ambassador and co-host of the Mind Muscle Project Raph Freedman has kindly given us his Top 3 Tips for 16.3
1. Break up the snatches. Go 6 and 4 from the second round even if you don't think you need to. You'll regret it once your grip is gone.
2. Watch the clock, aim for consistent timed rounds based on your ability.
3. Spike your heart rate super high before the workout. It's a short fast, one!
