Week 2 of the CrossFit Games Open is quickly upon us. Castro has programmed a doozy combo of T2B, Doubles and Squat Cleans. This will hurt of course but no matter your level you'll need the right strategy to get into the next round.
Luckily one of Australia's best CrossFitters and Hundy Ambassador Ev Dalecki is here to give her three tips to get the best possible score in 16.2
1. Do NOT do a max set of T2B! If your max is less than 25 you need to break it up early into short, fast sets.
2. If you don't need your weightlifting shoes for depth on the squat clean don't wear them. They will weigh you down on T2B and can make double unders a nightmare.
3. Make sure of your depth on every single squat. You don't want to repeat any of them.
